I was told exactly what was going to be done to my car and what it would cost before any work started. After the work was completed, they suggested a few items that could be done to my car to make it bett and what it would cost before any work started. After the work was completed, they suggested a few items that could be done to my car to make it better and I had the choice of accepting or rejecting their suggestions. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I would not hesitate to return to Kenny Ross for any repair work I may need in the future. More

Drove over an hour to purchase a car for my son, being there all day to purchase a car was expected, what I didn’t expect was my husband leaving his keys in the trade in.We called right away and talked to there all day to purchase a car was expected, what I didn’t expect was my husband leaving his keys in the trade in.We called right away and talked to a receptionist, JB a few times and a manager, who all told us they were being keys would be mailed, this was over two weeks ago, and were still waiting. We spent all that money on a car, and now all our locks had to be replaced in our house and they can’t afford to send our keys back? Very poor business practice and unprofessional.If they lost the keys or even tossed them, than they should be honest instead of telling us they were mailed and ignoring us when we called again after not receiving them! Shame on them and their business!!! More
