My experience at victory Honda of Plymouth was great. Unexpectedly, my Car was towed to this facility late one evening without an appointment they were able to diagnose and repair my vehicle on the eve o Unexpectedly, my Car was towed to this facility late one evening without an appointment they were able to diagnose and repair my vehicle on the eve of a holiday and in addition complete a recall, saving me another visit. Communication throughout was superb. Maureen, my service advisor was attentive and empathetic to my sense of urgency. More

The service coordinators are always so slow, from check in to finalizing payment. Whether they are shooting the breeze, or slowly waking across the bay to print out papers, there's a genuine lack of alertn in to finalizing payment. Whether they are shooting the breeze, or slowly waking across the bay to print out papers, there's a genuine lack of alertness. I usually stand outside my car for at least 10 minutes when checking in (right before my appointment time and no other customers in sight). Also, I'll wait another 15 minutes after watching the tech finish the car before they get me to finalize payment. Also, this dealer has various coupons. One in particular says $75 off any service that I have used a handful of times to get an oil change with. This time, they made up some xx excuse that the coupon couldn't be used for oil changes anymore. Just print "oil changes excluded" instead of telling me when I get there that the "labor is already a discounted service" so I don't waste my time! More
