Very disappointed after more than 15 years and multiple purchases. I was made to pay for service which was part of a recall. No reimbursement after more than two months. I was not taken care of in a respectful manner. Sat in my car for 10 minutes before anyone came to talk to me. When they did they said they were understaffed that day. Second visit because when I had to have a new fob and key it was not done the first time. Fob did not beep when I pushed it twice to make sure my car was locked! More
