The service coordinators are always so slow, from check in to finalizing payment. Whether they are shooting the breeze, or slowly waking across the bay to print out papers, there's a genuine lack of alertn in to finalizing payment. I usually stand outside my car for at least 10 minutes when checking in (right before my appointment time and no other customers in sight). Also, I'll wait another 15 minutes after watching the tech finish the car before they get me to finalize payment. Also, this dealer has various coupons. One in particular says $75 off any service that I have used a handful of times to get an oil change with. This time, they made up some xx excuse that the coupon couldn't be used for oil changes anymore. Just print "oil changes excluded" instead of telling me when I get there that the "labor is already a discounted service" so I don't waste my time! More

I am disappointed in the fact that an issue was found with my timing belt while a warranty issue was being fixed. It was stated that a voicemail was left for me, but I could not find one in my voicemail with my timing belt while a warranty issue was being fixed. It was stated that a voicemail was left for me, but I could not find one in my voicemail or my deleted voicemails. When it s a timing belt issue, I would think more effort would have been made to contact me. The service manager offered a very small discount for something that should have cost much less at the time of the warranty fix. We are loyal Honda owners (currently own 3), but very disappointed with the offer from the service manager from Victory. More

I dropped our Odyssey off for service since the check engine light came on. It seemed like the engine was misfiring. I told Maureen to have the service technicians check it out and to change the oil unle engine light came on. It seemed like the engine was misfiring. I told Maureen to have the service technicians check it out and to change the oil unless I indicated otherwise due to serious problems with the vehicle. Maureen left a message indicating that the Odyssey would need over $4K of work and to call her to see if I still wanted the oil change. After 14 years and >170K miles, it was time for another another car. I called back twice and left a message which she never got. I was charged for the oil change for a vehicle that I would sell to that dealership the next day. I am not faulting Maureen who has been great in the past and is probably under a lot of pressure from the dealership to generate revenue. However, after this incident, I will no longer use Victory Honda for service. More
