Jordan was there to greet us when we pulled in. Right off the bat, he made us feel like we were part of the family. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I recently brought a pre-owned ford fusion and from beginning to end I received exceptional service. My sales rep Maurice was extremely patience and took his time with me answered all my questions. Dur beginning to end I received exceptional service. My sales rep Maurice was extremely patience and took his time with me answered all my questions. During the test drive he explained all the bells and whistles and made sure I was comfortable. He didn't pressure me into buying and worked really hard to make sure I got a great deal. I am beyond SATISFIED with his service and the finance manager Bryan was nice too! More
