While I do find the quality of service and repair to be satisfactory, the wait time is often much longer than estimated. While I used to solely utilize the Findlay Toyota service department for repairs and satisfactory, the wait time is often much longer than estimated. While I used to solely utilize the Findlay Toyota service department for repairs and routine maintenance, it seems beginning about 2-3 years ago additional service is ALWAYS recommended which winds up costing nearly $1K over my initial estimate.
