Was working a deal over the phone with them as this was a big purchase wife wanted to see if they could get payment about 28 dollars cheaper. While I discussed this with the sales rep he felt to call me a li big purchase wife wanted to see if they could get payment about 28 dollars cheaper. I called in spoke with a sales manager who wasn’t too concerned about what just happened just that if he could get deal done. Got a call back saying number was the best they could do. Okay no worries but asked to speak to the GM who he said he just spoke with and told me the GM doesn’t speak to anyone on the phone. Wow! More
