I was shopping at no less than 15 Toyota dealers looking for the elusive 2023 Corolla Hybrid when Neil contacted me and treated me like we were old friends. I was so impressed that I drove 8 hours to pick u for the elusive 2023 Corolla Hybrid when Neil contacted me and treated me like we were old friends. I was so impressed that I drove 8 hours to pick up my car from him instead of the dealers closer to me. Then drove my new car 8 hours home. I texted him twice during my drive home as I was discovering features of the car and he walked me through getting the best performance from the car. Seriously, give Neil a call! More

I was given an appt time. When I arrived I was told it would be 1.5 hrs before they could get to me. I left. I wrote an email to both the service manager and store general man When I arrived I was told it would be 1.5 hrs before they could get to me. I left. I wrote an email to both the service manager and store general manager and never heard back from either. I decided to find another dealer for services but first give Daytona one more try. The second experience was smoother. I was given a loaner since the required work would be 3 hours. Max and Aaron were both easy to work with. Overall the people in the service department could be friendlier. Maybe a smile and greeting? The car loan office and cashier were very pleasant. More
