Best car buying experience! I drove 5 hours from St. Louis to visit Schaumburg Toyota for a specific car they had in their inventory. First day I called and asked them to put the I drove 5 hours from St. Louis to visit Schaumburg Toyota for a specific car they had in their inventory. First day I called and asked them to put the car on hold (for a 100% refundable fee) so that it would definitely be there when I drove all that way to see it! From that very first phone call everyone was so nice and helpful. Before I even got up there my salesman, Juan Vasquez, was very nice and easily accessible. When we got to the dealership the car I wanted to look at was all ready for us to go look at and it wasn't 5 minutes before I was out for a test drive, falling in love with the car. What could have been a very stressful process of buying the car was actually turned into an incredibly non-stressful trip! Juan was funny, kind, and so patient when answering all our questions, even the dumb ones! Every employee we met or interacted with was super nice as well, but Juan really made the experience and took time to show me everything on my car that I would've never figured out on my own! The 10 hour round trip from St. Louis to Schaumburg was 100% worth it thanks to the amazing price, the amazing car, and our amazing salesman Juan! 100% recommend going here! More

Not only was Zaya great, but so was everyone else. All of the receptionists were inviting, and David and Max (whom I didn't spend too much time with) were also incredible and made me feel comfortable. I never once felt pressured into anything or felt as though I was getting a bad deal. The prices were as good as you would find anywhere. I would highly recommend coming here if you're in need of a new car. They have a wide selection and great employees. What more do you want in a dealership? More
