My experience with Mark Kia was really great in the purchase of my new Kia Soul . Nick Galando started the ball rolling by emailing me with different options for a trade in. I would then setup a day to come in. I was greeted at the front by a friendly staff and led back to meet Nick. Unfortunately Nick had to step away . Max Kemp would step in to help me and was very friendly from the start. Max was very busy taking care of so many things but would continue to be very friendly and work so hard for me. Max ended up putting me in a brand new 2023 Kia Soul GT which is beautiful. I would then meet Manny Nolan in finance to get the deal all done. Manny was so friendly and nice and would go way above for me to make me happy and get the deal done . Thank you Manny !! I would then meet Josh who would let me know that he will be going over all the details of my new vehicle . My new car would the pull up and Josh and Joey would go over all the details inside with me of how to do everything !! All in All it was a very awesome experience with Mark Kia and staff. You can really tell how they are like a family here and help each other and also treat you like one of the family !! Thank you Mark Kia and I would very much recommend to anyone shopping for a new or used car to visit Mark Kia !! More

Had a great experience with DeMarko. He was kind and genuine from start to finish of sale. He listened to what I was looking for and did everything he could to keep me within my budget. DeMarko stayed in contact while waiting for my 2023 Kia Sportage to arrive. He is very knowledgeable with all the new Kia technology and was able to explain it all so I was able to drive away in confidence! Demarco responded to my internet inquiry within 5 minutes of my submission and was just as communicative throughout the ent with Demarko at Mark Kia. Demarco responded to my internet inquiry within 5 minutes of my submission and was just as communicative throughout the entire process. His sales manager, Max, was extremely prompt and attentive as well. Finance even had me done and out the door within 20 minutes of sitting down. It's clear, by their care for their customers, that they have great leadership down there. Thanks to the team that performed above expectation and delivered a gorgeous car to me! This was my first experience with Mark Kia, and I'll be back! More

I found Mark Kia in Scottsdale AZ to be challenging, as is the case with every new or used dealership, however I will say I had a very positive experience in the end. I did achieve purchasing the auto for their advertised internet price. The sales staff of Max Kemp and Shane Woods were helpful and I appreciate their honesty. I want to pass on my appreciation to them and their managers. More
