My experience with Mark Kia was really great in the purchase of my new Kia Soul . Nick Galando started the ball rolling by emailing me with different options for a trade in. I would then setup a day to come in. I was greeted at the front by a friendly staff and led back to meet Nick. Unfortunately Nick had to step away . Max Kemp would step in to help me and was very friendly from the start. Max was very busy taking care of so many things but would continue to be very friendly and work so hard for me. Max ended up putting me in a brand new 2023 Kia Soul GT which is beautiful. I would then meet Manny Nolan in finance to get the deal all done. Manny was so friendly and nice and would go way above for me to make me happy and get the deal done . Thank you Manny !! I would then meet Josh who would let me know that he will be going over all the details of my new vehicle . My new car would the pull up and Josh and Joey would go over all the details inside with me of how to do everything !! All in All it was a very awesome experience with Mark Kia and staff. You can really tell how they are like a family here and help each other and also treat you like one of the family !!
