Max Milholland was great Although he was young and not as experienced as other salesmen but, I am glad our paths crossed. I rate him as SUPERIOR as he was polite and very helpful and did what he was supposed experienced as other salesmen but, I am glad our paths crossed. I rate him as SUPERIOR as he was polite and very helpful and did what he was supposed to do. I DID NOT particularly like nor care, for how he was treated by more Senior staff. No one should be talked down to or belittled, especially in front of customers and/or potential buyers. Although they were Senior staff, I would NOT recommend or refer any family or friends to the individuals (3) that I personally witnessed not treating staff (Max) as a basic human being. While everyone has to learn their role and the process of car buying/selling, there is a way to teach professional lessons without demeaning another with showing basic human common courtesy and decency. This dealership had what I was looking for and was pleased with my purchase. I do believe all staff especially Senior staff can benefit from a personalized ongoing training in Customer Service, to include respect for the individual , for customers as well as supporting team members within the dealership. An additional training that would be beneficial is know your audience (how to conduct ones self) model structure. More
