Max offered superb service from the beginning to the end. He is very knowledgeable, intelligent, patient, efficient, and masterful in details. Max guided us through the otherwise tedious process with easy, helped option selection with clear explanation but without pressure, responded quickly in our communications, and demonstrated professionalism and courtesy throughout. We all know car shopping can be headache and stressful, but with Max, our experience is complete opposite, relaxed and enjoyable. Also the facility is well run and impeccable. Definitely will recommend Max and the BMW Silver Spring to our families and friends. If anything, I would recommend the Finance department provides their very long list of additional options to customers prior to the final payment so that customers have time to study their cost and benefits. We chose to reject them all not because they are not useful; but because we didn't like to rush decision under sales pressure. More
