What is unique about this review is that I did not end up purchasing a vehicle, but the service I received from Eric Lovo and Max Moyer during the pro What is unique about this review is that I did not end up purchasing a vehicle, but the service I received from Eric Lovo and Max Moyer during the process was outstanding! There were no less than 40 detailed email messages. COVID-19 has created a unique environment, and the dealership was prepared, masks were worn during the test drive, there was no buying pressure or stress, and the remote experience was exceptionally well handled. I found working among seven dealerships in this process that only a few, literally three, were willing and able to fully communicate via email (my preferred method). This included detailed quotes, explanations, negotiation, and responsiveness. Eric and Max handled it all above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely come back for my next vehicle and if you are considering a BMW, I strongly recommend you give BMW of Silver Spring an opportunity to deliver your next vehicle. More
