Max Moyer is the Da Man! Max is one of the best salespersons that I have met. He didn't try to sell me anything. He always listened. He truly puts the customer first. He is very analytical and asks probing questions to understand the customer's needs. He showed multiple cars that are apt for various scenarios. They were all good and I was able to find the right one for my needs. I am so grateful for his patience. I had a busy schedule and I wasn't able to explore more but he wasn't intrusive. He was considerate and understanding. I very much appreciated that. That is the reason why I went back to him and bought a car. He was respectful of people's time and situations. So, I would go to him again and again. He even gave my dog and I a ride to the dealer. Who does that?!!! Thank you- Max! I love my ride! Cheers, Deepak More

Max made it easy! I found a Service Loaner Vehicle I was interested in online, and Max stopped the car from being loaned out that morning so I could check it out. Once I arrived at the dealership, I saw this young man head toward me and I thought, "What can this young guy possibly know?" Well, he blew me away with his professionalism, knowledge, and customer service. We easily got to an agreeable price, and Max got me through the paperwork quickly. I didn't get to take my car home with me that day because they found a nail in the tire while they were cleaning it up for me. While I was bummed not to have my new car, I was really impressed that they did the right thing by fixing the issue. They could have easily ignored it, and I wouldn't have even know about it. Max even compensated me with an item at the BMW boutique. I don't remember all the BMW employees I dealt with, but every one of them was professional and courteous, whether it was offering me water while I waited, or making sure I understood the paperwork, or that I was comfortable with the features in my new car. Overall, great experience. More

Great purchase experience When searching for my second BMW, I pretty much knew what I wanted. Max located a car that met my requirements, gave us a great price and got the car When searching for my second BMW, I pretty much knew what I wanted. Max located a car that met my requirements, gave us a great price and got the car moved to Silver Spring in a few days. When I arrived, the grill was different from what I was expecting and Max got it fixed without any problem. Pickup was easy, if somewhat time consuming but nothing out of the ordinary. A "genius" walked me through all the new features on the car. Max was very attentive, answered all our questions, and made sure everything went smoothly. I recommend him for your next BMW purchase. More

We came 3 hours to purchase the car at 5pm and left the dealership just before 9pm. Making for a very long day. Heading down the highway I noticed the gas tank wasn’t full, so another stop! I was reimbursed, but for a high end car dealership, this was a big mistake. Max is a rock star to deal with when buying a car. He knows everything about BMW, it was impressive and he’s a nice guy. He thinks outside the box to make the deal. I’d buy from him again! More

Both gentlemen made the process very quick and pleasant. Max went out of the way to keep me updated on the build and delivery process and was very patient in answering all of my questions. To expedite the delivery process, Max personally installed the wheel locks on my new car. I'm very happy with the customer service at this location and although this dealership is an hour away from my house and there're at least 3 other dealers closer than this one, I will definitely be doing business here again. Transparent and straight to the point In the auto sales business, there are dishonest salesmen who hope that you are not able to calculate the sales tax, and there are honest salesmen who In the auto sales business, there are dishonest salesmen who hope that you are not able to calculate the sales tax, and there are honest salesmen who are transparent about costs and who are on the up and up. I am happy to report that Max Moyer is one of those honest salesmen. I speak from experience after trying not one, not two, but three different BMW dealerships in the DC metro area. I won't say any names, but their offenses included blatantly mis-pricing the VA sales tax (by increasing an additional 5k beyond the amount based on 4.15% tax), bait-and-switch tactics in which I asked to see an M4 and got shown a BMW 330 on the lot, and other things as well. Max did none of the above, and he was transparent in how much the options I wanted cost, and in his order form - the numbers all added up. In addition, I am deaf and have a hard time communicating over the phone. Max was totally open to corresponding by email to make this order happen. I appreciate his help and honesty very much. He is no doubt an asset to the Silver Spring BMW dealership. More
