He gave us all the time needed talking with us, testing various models and drivetrain options, and answering questions. We never felt the pressure of “making a sale”. I highly recommend reaching out to Max if you are in the market for a new or used BMW. Further, my experience with the service department with past vehicles has been great. They have always been helpful and understanding of my requests. The parts department is very competent. Especially Jason and Evan in the internet sales division. Through several test drives and various conversations regarding specs and prices, he remained professional, courteous, and very informative. He is well informed about the BMW brand and the range of vehicles. I originally planned on moving from X1 to an X3 for my wife, but at the end of the month we drove away with an X3 and a 540. The excellent customer service we received from Max and quality of the brand, plus our previous experiences at BMW of Silver Spring not only sealed the deal for the X3, but also moved me from a competing brand to BMW. In addition, to Max we also worked with Andrew (our 2nd time). He was just as professional, helpful, and efficient as the last time in getting us through finance.
