Excellent Experience Purchasing New BMW X5 About a week ago I purchased a new BMW X5. I feel like I have to take a minute to just rave about our sales person, Max Moyer, and BMW of Silver Spring. First, Max was excellent. When it looked like I was not going to be able to locate a vehicle that met my wish list, Max helped me order the perfect X5. I LOVE IT!! Diving my new car every day is a dream. I never would have done this without Max's suggestion and guidance throughout the process. He was so helpful and the entire process from beginning to end was seamless. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and easy to work with throughout the purchase experience. I would like to highly recommend that if you are in the market for a BMW, definitely seek out Max Moyer and BMW of Silver Spring!! More

Every interaction I had, whether it was Max Moyer, who lead their team effort, Andrew Lippincott from Finance, or their management - everything was done above board, with ease, convenience, and with the customer in mind. With a 70+ hour a week work schedule I have little to no time to shop for cars, and need to work with someone that is flexible and prompt. Max literally brought the car I was interested in to my home so that I could test drive it. Moreover, he completely walked me through every question and provided answers that would come freely from someone passionate about cars, vice someone just trying to sell you something. Additionally, when we came to the realization that the car I test drove didn't have all of the features I needed, he literally searched every car in the US to see what could best fit my needs, walking me through the pros and cons of each, given some of the feature disparities they may have. In the end, he found "my car" and dropped it off at my house, bringing me the paperwork to sign. I literally never stepped foot in the dealership, dealt with the hours of hassle I've experienced elsewhere whether its waiting to test drive a car, "the manager talk", the finance features hard sell, or other waste of time negotiation strategies. All in all, I minimized by time invested, got exactly what I needed, and worked with people who were trustworthy. I wholeheartedly recommend BMW of Silver Spring and laud them for hiring leaders like Max and Andrew. More

Awesome experience with Max and BMW of Silver Springs I have been on a market for a new BMW for a few months and tried a number of dealerships in the TriState New York area (probably 2 dozen :) ). Altho I have been on a market for a new BMW for a few months and tried a number of dealerships in the TriState New York area (probably 2 dozen :) ). Although I was in contact with a dealer who got me a pretty good price last time on a lease, this time, it’s like everyone ganged up on me with terrible pricing (some had good pricing). Long story short - after few email exchanges with Max and 1 phone call, I nailed an awesome deal (it wasn’t a unicorn) mid February. I believe there are multiple levels of deals: (rip-off, terrible, ok, good, awesome, unicorns). Extremely grateful that drive-off numbers didn’t contain BS (like $200 for etching, or $300 for Nitrogen Air) - charge some $$$ for that but don’t be %#$&@. The service that Max provided was worth the ride to Maryland. My previously leased vehicle was handed off, bunch of papers signed and I got into my new vehicle. Communication with Max was great and always spot on. He took additional videos and pictures of the vehicle as I asked him and the vehicle was better in person... Maybe it’s the mantra of the dealership but between the organization where Max works and his work ethics my experience was great. Just wish getting a car was less stressful... More

Max was magnificent I haggle and negotiate for much of my day. I have no interest in it when my work day ends. My car required repairs for nearly 2K and I had enough. So I haggle and negotiate for much of my day. I have no interest in it when my work day ends. My car required repairs for nearly 2K and I had enough. So I looked up 3 dealerships - Max was the most transparent, most responsive and cut the BS. I was in and out with my BMW X1 in less than 90 minutes which included showing me how to work certain parts of the car. Even my finance guy was good. Can't beat good service. More

The best car buying experience I have ever had BMW of Silver Spring is a great dealership. Everyone I dealt with was fair, reasonable and completely without the high-pressure, hard-ball tactics so BMW of Silver Spring is a great dealership. Everyone I dealt with was fair, reasonable and completely without the high-pressure, hard-ball tactics so common in auto dealerships. The star of this was Max Moyer. I have not dealt with a salesperson in any business--autos or anything else--who demonstrated more customer care and attentiveness. I live three states and 200+ miles from this dealership, which certainly complicates a car purchase, but with Max it was easier than buying from a dealer next door. He took care of everything in a way that made this purchase without any stress. Very fair in negotiating the terms, very effective in setting up the delivery, very solicitous in following up to assure my satisfaction. If you are in the market for a new BMW, no matter where you live, contact Max. You will be totally satisfied. More

I found the car online for a great price and spoke with Max Moyer the salesman on the phone. He immediately came across as honest and knowledgeable with a true love for BMWs and wasn’t at all pushy. I agreed to purchase the car. As I was traveling from out of state, Max picked me up from the train station. I’ve had many cars over the years but this was by far the most pleasurable experience. The professionalism of the employees and the courtesy shown to me was way beyond anything else I had experienced. More

During the purchase process, he was responsive, professional and detail oriented and timely. When he said he would get back to me, he did. When he answered my questions, they were detailed. Max was professional during the entire process and when I arrived to pick up the car, there he was. At the door waiting to greet me. He showed me the car which was exactly as I requested. He took me for a drive and explained as many of the features that I could consume. The paper work process went very smoothly and at the end of that process I was introduced to my genius, whose name I don't recall but was just as professional as Max and the person who handled the financial end of the purchase Overall, I would work with, and recommend Max to anyone who wants to purchase a BMW, I would do the same for the dealership. I am happy with the entire process and my car. I sincerely apologize for not remembering the name of the Finance person and the Genius. More
