The most pleasant car purchasing experience ever! I got connected with Max Moyer as a sales rep who listened to my exact needs. On our first visit Max was very attentive and extremely knowledgeable, a I got connected with Max Moyer as a sales rep who listened to my exact needs. On our first visit Max was very attentive and extremely knowledgeable, and took time to explain many features of the car, as well as, answer many questions we had. He didn't make us feel pressured or rushed, which was very much appreciated. He worked around my schedule to get the sale completed. First week into the sale I had run into wireless charger not working and Max was quick to respond to all my questions and set up service visit even though that was no longer his job. I would highly recommend dealing with Max on your next car purchase. It was the most pleasant car purchasing experience I ever had! More

Awesome Customer Service! I saw a car on Cars.com I was interested in at the BMW of Silver Spring dealership. I inquired and was contacted soon afterwards about my interest in the car. The Client Advisor was Max Moyer. After meeting with Mr. Moyer and test driving the car I did some research and decided to purchase it. This has been undoubtedly the most pleasant and no stress experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. No pressure, no haggling and treated with the utmost respect. Mr. Moyer explained everything in detail and went over the paperwork with patience and was very knowledgeable about the car I was buying. I was trading in my corvette and felt I was given a fair trade-in value for it. I have always dreaded the process of buying a “used” car, but this was a very pleasant experience. After having the car for almost 2 weeks there was a problem with the seatbelt on the driver side. It locked up and I couldn’t fasten it. I sent Mr. Moyer a text message (he responded quickly) and told me to bring it in and he would get it taken care of as well as touching up a small scratch I saw above the wheel on the left side of the car. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour and very satisfied with the service. Mr. Max Moyer is a great asset to this dealership and provided AWESOME customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car from this dealership. I would also like to commend Mr. Andrew Lippincott (Business Manager) who assisted me with the financial aspects. He was kind, patient and answered all my questions. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that Mr. Mikhial McKenzie provided great service as the BMW Genius who provided me with information and answered questions I had about my newly purchased BMW. He also told me I could contact him whenever I had questions. In addition, I met Mr. Erik Rowland, my Service Advisor who solved the problem with the seatbelt. Both these gentlemen provided excellent customer service. In closing, from the time I decided to purchase my BMW until writing this rating all individuals I have mentioned have provided exemplary customer service and are great assets to the BMW of Silver Spring,!MileOne Autogroup. The others that I interacted with at the dealership were also excellent, especially Anthony in finance. Seamless and Professional from Start to Finish I recently purchased a 2019 BMW X3 M40i from BMW of Silver Spring. While all of the employees I encountered were highly professional, Max Moyer stood I recently purchased a 2019 BMW X3 M40i from BMW of Silver Spring. While all of the employees I encountered were highly professional, Max Moyer stood out from the group, and he was exceptional every step of the way. Max was always proactive, extremely friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about both BMWs overall, and my model in particular. He made very helpful recommendations, and assisted me in ordering a vehicle that exactly met my needs and wants. Most impressive was his ability to anticipate everything that was required during the purchase, and to always be ready and one step ahead of the process, including using the USAA Car Buying Service. I've purchased a lot of vehicles over the years, from modest to luxury vehicles, and Max is the best, most professional dealer I have ever worked with. His terrific interpersonal skills and no-pressure attitude kept me at BMW of Silver Spring rather than seeking out another dealer. Max made all the difference. I also appreciated being introduced to the service Director, finance manager, and others at the dealership, all of whom were terrific. This was a first-class experience. My closest dealer in the Baltimore area never bother to call me back after two visits. Another one was insisting on selling from their lot. Working with Michael and Max was a completely different experience. Michael ordered me a car I wanted at a good price without prolonged negotiations. What's more, everything was done over the phone and email. When the car arrived, Max was waiting for me with all documents prepared. Getting everything processed still took time, but it was smooth and I never had wait for anything. Max answered all my questions and accommodated all requests. A fantastic experience overall. More
