My closest dealer in the Baltimore area never bother to call me back after two visits. Another one was insisting on selling from their lot. Working with Michael and Max was a completely different experience. Michael ordered me a car I wanted at a good price without prolonged negotiations. What's more, everything was done over the phone and email. When the car arrived, Max was waiting for me with all documents prepared. Getting everything processed still took time, but it was smooth and I never had wait for anything. Max answered all my questions and accommodated all requests. A fantastic experience overall. More

I have owned or leased 7 BMWs from 5 different dealerships in 5 states. BMW of Silver Spring is hands-down the best across all domains. Max Moyer, the sales representative was low-key and informative. No high pressure tactics, thoughtful consideration of my questions, concerns and timing, and a pleasure to deal with over four months of test drives, feature selection , ordering and delivery. I travel frequently, which required that Max and his colleagues adjust timetables throughout the process. The financial services staff - Andrew Lippincott in particular - where very easy to deal with, informative and low-pressure when discussing enhancements to a financing package such as extended warranties. I also am impressed with the service department, which did occasional work on my prior BMW. I chose this dealership because it was highly rated on its sales and service. Performance exceeded expectations. A note on my pricing rating: the price and concessions were about what I had expected. The popularity of BMWs is such that I knew purchasers would be at a comparative disadvantage on price negotiations - they always are, and popular, high quality vehicles necessarily gain an additional edge. However, the price discussions were direct and forthright. While we all would prefer a better deal than we got, the price discussions were honest and I feel I paid a fair price. More
