Watch out for the Classic Bait & Switch. This place is an absolute Rip OFF with total deceit. However, when we get there the low milage one is not available no one could tell us where it was, we were told we had to wait for a manager who was in a meeting. They proceeded to try to get me to pay Full List price for the higher milage one and insulted me with a trade-in value that was basically equal to the cost on 4 new tires on that vehicle, Stay away from this House of Deceit or Clown Palace. Only reason I rated them with one star was because Zero stars was not an option. More

Had a good experience with the dealership, had a great experience with Trevin in Sales. Learned that he’s a genuinely honest salesman with a great attitude. He did all he could to make a great deal happ experience with Trevin in Sales. Learned that he’s a genuinely honest salesman with a great attitude. He did all he could to make a great deal happen on a 2022 Honda Odyssey that would have been perfect if a trade happened with my old vehicle, but couldn’t. So to help me with having 2 cars and living an hour away, he went out of his way to drive one car to Carmax so I could sell it after he spent hours with me in negotiations. When plans backfired and Carmax closed at 9pm and left me stranded without buying my car, he went back with me to Carmax and drove my previous previous vehicle back to the dealership. The next day he drove it to my house so I didn’t have to deal with the logistics and saved me quite a bit of time and hassle. I’d rate the dealership five stars if they could compete with trade offers of competitors so the above scenario didn’t have to play out. That said, they went above and beyond to compensate a bit with other benefits. Would recommend this dealership to anyone with who wishes to buy. Be aware that they’re not the best for trade in values. I highly recommend working with Trevin for his outstanding commitment to the customer. If you’re informed of market values for your intended purchase and your trade, you’ll do just fine here. More

Came in looking to test drive a used 2019 Chevy Silverado that had showed up in one of my many autotempest searches. I had done my homework, but still had a lot of questions. Within minutes Tyler had me out on the road and was very patient, answering everything I threw his way w/ thoughtful responses. Friendly, easy going, and I never felt pressured. I could tell he cares about helping his customers make the right choice, rather than just steering them in to something for a quick sale. This actually seemed to be the mentality of their whole team, running like a well oiled machine, ensuring you had everything needed to make an informed decision. After a thorough test drive, we sat down and reviewed a very detailed 1-owner Carfax report, service history, pricing comparison, included 12 mo warranty and other helpful info. I felt comfortable that this was "the one." At the end of the day they all worked well together, explaining each step of the process. I never felt rushed, or like I was holding them up. They had me financed w/ a good rate and out the door w/ keys in hand to my freshly detailed pickup that looked xxxx near brand new even though it had 75K miles on it. If you've had bad experiences at other dealers (as I certainly have) let these guys show you how it should be done. My only question now: Is it sacrilegious to buy your Chevy Truck from a Honda dealer?😏 More
