Michael was kind and helpful in the beginning of my issue. As the process went on I had an extremely hard time communicating back and forth with him. Every time I would call to speak with him I would b issue. As the process went on I had an extremely hard time communicating back and forth with him. Every time I would call to speak with him I would be transferred to 10 different areas of the dealership until I finally reached service management. Still sat on hold for about 10 min each time I called to talk with him. There has also been an issue with him calling me and leaving a voicemail. The texting number was correct but when he said he left me a voicemail I had received nothing. When communicating this with him I got some attitude from him as if it was my fault. This is not the first time I have been dissatisfied by the service department. More

I’ve been coming here since I picked my car up from Russ Darrow in December 202 that came in directly from the manufacturer. The customer service was way better than the Russ Darrow location near good Hop Darrow in December 202 that came in directly from the manufacturer. The customer service was way better than the Russ Darrow location near good Hope. I was not pleased. But I like the service at Greenfield. I look forward to chatting with Jenny when I come. She is so friendly and kind. I love her personality. I hope she stays. I’ve seen many great people leave and have seen the difference (not always good). But I’ve been a loyal customer. It would be nice if there were incentives and discounts. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at the greenfield location. My car is in great condition because I take care of it. More
