Talked to a salesman on Saturday morning. Told him which car i wanted to see and that I would be over there (I'm from Greeneville, TN) about 1:00. Showed up at the dealership and they couldn't find Max i believe was his name, the salesman I'd talked to earlier. And he had the keys to the car. So I was passed off to another salesman, which was fine. Because I liked the new salesman. Then they couldn't find the car. So bottom line is that a process that should have taken 1 1/2 to 2 hours took 4. Otherwise the experience was 9k. The business manager was efficient and fast. Oh yeah that was another hold up. Had to wait 30 minutes or more to see a business manager. More
