What a great experience! From Charlie, to DJ, to Max, and Faith, they made my first time New Car experience that much more exciting. My experience with paramount wasnt the best. I would have walked out if it wasnt for Jessie who has amazong customer service and actually cared. I came to purchase a vehice and Moses originally I would have walked out if it wasnt for Jessie who has amazong customer service and actually cared. I came to purchase a vehice and Moses originally was taking care of me till he left to care for another customer in the middle of getting my paperwork done. He was gone for almost 2 hrs with no word on what was happening with my paperwork. Jessie kept popping in and checking on me cause I he could tell I was overwhelmed and stressed from the wait. When Moses retured (finally) he asked Jessie to take over cause he needed to leave for his "aunts bday" but he did nothing prior to that to check on my paperwork.. Just left. I got there at 3 and didnt leave till 9pm thanks to Moses. Jessie was on it the sec he took over and helped ease my anger. More
