A long drive made worthwhile We traveled over an hour from the Eastern Shore to Heritage of Catonsville. We have purchased there before. We came looking for a good selection and the best price for Subaru that we have grown to love. We were greeted by May Farris who exceeded our expectations of what a salesperson should be. First buying experience This was my first time buying a car. I had shopped around at a few other dealers, but it was May Farris that really won me over. She was so friendly a This was my first time buying a car. I had shopped around at a few other dealers, but it was May Farris that really won me over. She was so friendly and easy to talk to. She knew exactly what I wanted and was great at explaining everything. She broke down all the options for me and really helped make it easy for me to come to a decision. I was happy with the entire process, every one that worked with me, and most importantly I didn't feel rushed. The manager Kevin was also really great and made sure I had if I had any questions he was available to answer them. All around was a wonderful experience. Would recommend them to everyone. More
