They paid attention to what was important to me, recommended an appropriate vehicle, and May, manager Robert, and finance man Sam were all wonderful. They paid attention to what was important to me, recommended an appropriate vehicle, and gave a fair price from the start. Trying to keep my costs down, I wanted the base Subaru Forester Premier model, but none were in stock. They were able to find a slightly upgraded model very close in price to the base model. It came with additional safety features that I had not necessarily asked for; HOWEVER, the increase in my insurance premium for the new vehicle was LOWER based on the additional safety features. I could not be more pleased with the entire experience at Heritage Subaru Catonsville. More
