Having worked with May Farris over a number of years, I can attest that May is a phenomenal sales professional, who has guided me through the hassle-free purchase of numerous Subaru vehicles. I know that I can rely on May to help me obtain the best prices on new vehicles, as well as maximum trade-in value for any current set of wheels. The Catonsville dealership as a whole operates like a well-oiled machine: sales, finance, service, etc. - all work in concert, getting you the deal and care you require. Buying a car = a pleasant experience? No way, right? Wrong I am over 60 and have purchased many cars. I have never had such a wonderful and satisfying experience. As a matter of fact, I can't believe I am writing this review. Something I never do. But this is different. In a time when there is so much division in the world it was nice to meet people who only wanted to do their job, which was to make you happy. What a wonderful experience. May Farris was the most laid back, easy going, concerned, attentive, informative, and genuine salesperson I have ever dealt with. She presented options, but did not push. She asked questions that mattered and that eventually led to a very pleased and satisfied customer. The entire experience was incredible. From financing with the 'cowboy' to the time spent with Kevin just to go over all the electronics the car had to offer. What a useful and thoughtful benefit offered by Subaru, free, just to make certain you feel comfortable in your new car and not intimated by all the bells and whistles. The dealership was clean, bright, open, and friendly. I purchased the 100,000 mile bumper to bumper agreement, and I walked away carefree, confident, and satisfied. Thank you Subaru for employing such a courteous, knowledgeable, and professional staff and for having policies in place to support the customer. Great job. In praise of May Farris! Our situation was somewhat complicated: we started with a repair on an older Subaru Forester that turned into a new car search. When we expressed inte Our situation was somewhat complicated: we started with a repair on an older Subaru Forester that turned into a new car search. When we expressed interest in a new Crosstrek, Jennifer Cahill of the Service Department referred us to May Farris in Sales. From the moment we got in touch with her, May was professional, helpful, and efficient. We'd heard that she was one of the best in the business, and now we know why! My wife was under extreme time pressure on account of a very busy work week. After we decided on the car and negotiated the deal for the trade-in and the new Crosstrek, we asked May if there was any way she could help expedite the purchase and pickup of the new car. She promised to do the best she could, and she delivered. The whole process went as quickly as possible. Then, after the papers were signed, she took the time to orient us to some of the car's trickier features. There was one glitch in the sale: a tire problem on the first day we brought the car home. And here, too, May went to bat for us. The problem was solved, and my wife is very happy with her new car. Thank you, May! We appreciated all your help. We won't hesitate to recommend you to our friends in the area who might be interested in a Subaru. More

Jennifer goes above and beyond! We brought in a five-year-old Forester with nearly 100,000 miles on it that was consuming oil. We'd read about Subaru's program to extend the warranty We brought in a five-year-old Forester with nearly 100,000 miles on it that was consuming oil. We'd read about Subaru's program to extend the warranty on some Foresters to deal with this known problem; ours was part of that program. Jennifer walked us through the repairs that would be required. We were worried that Subaru might not honor the extended warranty in light of the heavy mileage on our car. Jennifer made sure to double-check with the powers that be and reassured us that our Forester would be covered by the program. In the end, we decided to trade in the Forester for a new Crosstrek, with some expert sales help from May Farris. And there, too, Jennifer was extremely helpful with a tire issue that cropped up the day we drove the new car home. Jennifer kept us in the loop at all times; she was friendly and efficient; and we felt we had an advocate in her when it came to dealing with the warranty issue. Thank you, Jennifer!
