Helpful & Knowledgeable Sales Person I purchased a 2017 Outback 2.5i Limited on 3/11/17. My sales person was May Farris, who was very helpful, competent and knowledgeable. She was patient I purchased a 2017 Outback 2.5i Limited on 3/11/17. My sales person was May Farris, who was very helpful, competent and knowledgeable. She was patient with my requests and answered everything I asked. She did convey my price point negotiations to the manager and I did have some minor issues addressed. My only caveat would be to avoid a Saturday afternoon sale. The dealership was quite crowded and although the sale went quickly, it took almost 2 hours for the service department to get the car ready for me. More
