May Farris greeted me right away and asked the appropriate questions to direct me to the right vehicle. I came in with a few models in mind, but settled on the Subaru Crosstrek. The experience was fantastic overall. I was never pushed into anything and May, as well as her sales managers were polite and respectful of my needs. The dealership itself is clean and well managed. I would highly recommend visiting Heritage Subaru of Catonsville. This was a car buying experience I've never experienced before. I drove past several other Subaru dealerships just to purchase here. More
