great customer service I came to Heritage for a great deal on a 2016 Subaru Impreza. Thank goodness for May Farris - she took the initiative to scour the area for another 2016 manual Impreza, found one near Pittsburgh, arranged a dealer swap and had the car ready for me 2 days later. A Very Good Deal This is our third Subaru from this dealership, and we have been getting a very good price for very good cars. We purchased the last two (a 2013 Impre This is our third Subaru from this dealership, and we have been getting a very good price for very good cars. We purchased the last two (a 2013 Impreza and a 2017 Forester) from May Farris, and she has been helpful, cooperative, and low pressure (her highest pressure pitch was "tell me what you'd like to pay for the car you want and I'll see if I can get it for you"). We didn't need a car with all the features we purchased, but May and her Manager Kevin Engle were able to bring the price down, so the price was good for the model equipped the way we wanted, but great for the model they had on the lot with more features. More
