Buying our new 2016 Forester Limited Our salesperson was Kevin James. He was excellent in his ability to make us feel comfortable and very knowledgeable about all the models. He was very patient with us and our questions and spent all the time necessary to make sure we understood. There was ever any high pressure or pushing us in one direction or the other. He encouraged us to take our time, to test drive whatever we wanted and was always cheerful and kind. I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone looking to make a purchase at Russell Subaru. I would also like to thank, Danny Rosenfeld, Justin Cleaver, Scott Feinstein, May Farris, and David Gruner for making our experience at Russell Subaru a positive one. The day we were there they were shorthanded with people out sick and on vacation, but they went out of their way to accommodate what we needed. Overall a wonderful experience! My compliments to the entire staff at Russell Subaru and we love our new 2016 Forester Limited!!! More
