Many of that salesmen could not explain the different package/options as they just didn't seem to know their stuff. Before purchasing, we negotiated the prices with the other dealerships. Russel matched the lowest price we got. I worked with Jason Brooks over the phone on several occasions and he was always helpful and timely in answering my questions. When we got to the dealership, May Farris knew the answer to every one of our questions. She walked us through the number of options we could get with each car, and was able to get us a car that had the ideal options and packages for our family. She is the most knowledgeable and kind person we have ever bought a car from. I would buy a car from her because she is open and honest and not at all pushy. We had a fantastic experience! More
