Kevin Engle, the manager sure runs a tight ship, he helped expedite my car buying process and was checking in every so often to make sure I was happy and taken care of. I explained the situation to him and he was very gracious and took me on a test drive knowing that there was no way I could buy the car at that time. He explained every part of the car and the options. He took his time on the busiest car buying day of the week. When I was ready to buy, Frank was on vacation, so I explained my situation to the Sales Manager and he was fabulous! I told him exactly what I wanted and it was there waiting for me when I arrived that evening. I then worked with May Farris, who again was very gracious even though we were really Frank's customers. She treated us like her own! I love my new car! More
