Out of town buyer I'm from Pittsburgh PA but I needed to buy a car for my daughter in Baltimore. I found the car I wanted on their web site and called. We made an appointment over the phone. They got the car ready. May Farris took ALL the time we needed to drive and learn about the car. We got the deal done in a couple of hours after I drove down. These people are VERY good and VERY customer oriented. I would highly recommend them to anyone. More

1 st time Subaru buyer-so pleased!! Ms. May Farris worked so hard to find me the right Subaru. She has such a pleasant, warm demeanor and she never pressured me once (I dread car shopping and was harassed by other dealerships in the past). She helped me see the value in what I was purchasing and was so sweet and helpful. I bought a 16 forester and am falling more in love every mile I drive. CJ Jefferson helped me in the finance department and was very jovial and patient as he explained some further warranties and insurance. I had plenty of questions he answered with ease. Kevin Engle, the manager sure runs a tight ship, he helped expedite my car buying process and was checking in every so often to make sure I was happy and taken care of. I AM SO PLEASED WITH RUSSEL SUBARU!! More

Second Subaru and still great service. Bought my first Forester three years ago from May and when I was looking to trade-in went right back to see her at Russel Subaru. I find May to be a straight shooter with the negotiation process - not all the games you find with other sales people. I did my research and knew what I wanted and believe that I got a fair price on my new Forester. She was very responsive to my concerns and questions and gave a more than fair price on my 2013 Forester. I would recommend May to anyone looking for a car - you won't be disappointed. More

Best Car Buying Experience I have ever had My car was stolen last month and my sister recommended that I contact Frank Tilghman at Russell Subaru to take a test drive. I explained the situation My car was stolen last month and my sister recommended that I contact Frank Tilghman at Russell Subaru to take a test drive. I explained the situation to him and he was very gracious and took me on a test drive knowing that there was no way I could buy the car at that time. He explained every part of the car and the options. He took his time on the busiest car buying day of the week. When I was ready to buy, Frank was on vacation, so I explained my situation to the Sales Manager and he was fabulous! I told him exactly what I wanted and it was there waiting for me when I arrived that evening. I then worked with May Farris, who again was very gracious even though we were really Frank's customers. She treated us like her own! I love my new car! More

Told her the car of my interest and she was the most gracious host and a extremely knowledgeable product presentor. You can tell she really loves people and equally loves the brand she sells. Can't wait to stop back and say hello, Oh yea, that free lifetime carwash deal might just bring me back often...You have the greatest coffee also...I will get the donuts. More
