In 2010 I purchased a VW Eos from LeSueur Car Company after an extensive hunt for a very specific color. I found it at LeSueuer with only 13,000 miles and $10k less than where I live, outside of Arizona after an extensive hunt for a very specific color. Fast forward to the summer of 2026 - my little Eos is at nearly 170,000 miles and running like a champ (proper maintenance will do that). I decided it was time to put her in part-time mode and start the hunt again. I have been eyeing the VW Atlas for some time and once again, knew what I wanted and my list was very specific. LeSueur was top of my list. Why? I had such a great experience before, and here I was 16 years later; I knew LeSueur would take care of me, and they did. Not only did I have the Carfax sent, but I also had an extensive list of follow-up questions that Kris answered thoughtfully and promptly. That additional information helped me make an informed decision. From the beginning of the process to now, the experience was fantastic. Excellent customer service. Honesty in communication. I flew out to pick up my Atlas two weeks ago and drove it home. Both times, Kris and the team (Maya) made sure I was taken care of. This wasn't just a transaction. I don't get rid of cars. They understood that. It was a great experience - the only difference was I was signing papers in a new building and not the original house. Still the same good feeling! More
