We live in Northern KY, our daughter graduated from UCF 12/14, we wanted to buy her a new car to start her professional life out without the burden of old car worries and new car payments. I did all of my research online initially on about 10 Florida Mazda dealerships and 4 in Northern KY and Cincinnati. It became clear when I spoke with Mark Cappetta and Mayeline Sosa Dominguez that I’d found my dealership! The price was lower than any other I’d found, the lifetime power train warranty was amazing, the car was exactly what she/we wanted (CX-5). My daughter went to the dealership without us initially and signed the required paperwork, they treated her with the same professionalism as they did later when we picked up the car. When my Dad and I picked up the car about a week later, we drove it, paid for it and were on our way!! (They did offer new car “lessons” which we declined). Mayeline was in contact with me the entire time requesting various items to make the check out quick and she was always available by phone. As she walked us out, she mentioned that she was a new employee with Sport Mazda and had only been working there 12 days! I never would have known, she was so confident, professional and a lovely person!

I appreciate you letting others know about how you worked with us from Kentucky. We have been Dealerrater National Mazda Dealer of the Year for out 7th year and we have more and more customers visiting from distance, including Out-of-State. I am especially grateful that with the large number of Mazda dealerships you searched, that you chose Sport Mazda.
I must admit that our staff is the main reason you enjoyed your experience. Mark and Mayeline are great examples of the many friendly, caring and professionals we employ. I really appreciate the kind comments about Mayeline. She studied very hard and learned the Mazda product line quickly. She is a natural in the personality and caring, and she will be a long-time asset here at Sport Mazda. You should know that the sales strategy lessons are very few. The most important is LISTEN TO WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS, their needs and wishes, AND THEN DO EVERYTHING YOU CAN TO MAKE SURE THEY GET IT. It is not to complicated and easy to remember. She has adapted well to it.
I hope that others read your review. You have said things that I always want people to know about us. I certainly hope you visit us again and we want to welcome your entire family to our SPORT MAZDA FAMILY. I wish for your daughter many, many miles of safe, happy, and fun driving in her new Mazda 6. She will always be well cared for whenever she visits the dealership.

I came in for a vehicle I saw online. Mayeline Sosa was our dealer which she was funny, honest, and very helpful. She made me feel comfortable which matters when you’re buying a car. A short light skinned man then came from behind the desk and completely ruined and argued man with us on the used car price! We felt as if he was ripping us off so we were walking away until the finance employee came to talk to us as we were walking out! Wow he was amazing! I told my family to let me know and I’d call him! He knows everything and breaks everything down, makes you see clear unlike the other guy who you felt was full of it cause he wanted us to pay 17$ for a 2015 when it says 12 online!! So because of the finance and Mayeline I bought a new 2019 CX-3 and walked away proud and refreshed like getting a new car should be! I’m telling you if you doubt anything go to the finance guy ( office on the left) and what you were unsure on he will clear it all!!!

Unfortunately, I have been on the road a great deal, from Japan to many locations in the US since the middle of November. Unfortunately had to have My 99Mazda B4000 Truck Towed to Sport Mazda Orlando. Nick has been My Service Tech in the Past and I was so very Pleased that once again He would be taking Care of Me. We live in North Idaho now so Nick and my Husband discussed over the Phone the Mechanical Issues pertaining to my Truck. My Husband informed Nick that I needed My Truck back by 3PM on November 8th because I work for an Airline and needed to get to the Airport. Around 2:50PM I received the Call that My Truck was ready for Pickup. We have always been very Pleased with the Service provided to Us by Sport Mazda. Also I would like to mention Sully the Mechanic who always takes Excellent Care of My Truck when it is brought in for any reason.
