My first experience was last year when I went in for my initial inspection. I was attended to immediately, and the service advisor was professional, respectful, courteous, and accommodating. She even let me know that I could stop by anytime for service.
Yesterday, I called to schedule my 10,000-mile service. The front desk staff was just as professional, respectful, and polite, offering flexible scheduling and assuring me they would accommodate my needs. Today, I called to reschedule my appointment from 2:00 PM to 11:00 AM, and once again, I received the same exceptional level of service from Jasmine. She had no problem adjusting to my change in schedule.
When I arrived, the service advisor Mayreli Ventura was outstanding and took the time to explain everything in detail. The car was ready within an hour.
In all my years of visiting dealerships, this one is by far the best I have ever experienced. Keep up the good work Guys.
