I bought a new Santa Fe at this dealership in 2019. I took my previous car here for service one time before and had a terrible experience. I assumed it was just a one off situation. But, that isn't the took my previous car here for service one time before and had a terrible experience. I assumed it was just a one off situation. But, that isn't the case. It doesn't matter if you have an appointment or don't have an appointment, they always act like you are putting them out to have to service your car. Three times and every time I was treated the same way, which is like they don't want my business. The service lady was late and the guy that was there took care of the person that pulled up after us. I wont ever go back! I will take my car to the other local dealership from now on. More

I was impressed with all the measures they take to keep their customers safe during this Covid 19 time. Megan kept me in the loop the whole time my car was being looked at. Tire leak Fast, friendly service. My only complaint is the lack of PPE - I only encountered one employee wearing a mask (the cashier). Even the individual who Fast, friendly service. My only complaint is the lack of PPE - I only encountered one employee wearing a mask (the cashier). Even the individual who drove my car up did not have on a mask or gloves. It is very concerning to immediately get in my own car when your employee had taken zero care to keep it safe. Obviously, many items inside the car had to be touched just to drive it to me. There is no telling how many people actually came into contact with my steering wheel, gear shift, door handle, etc. during this repair. I was very surprised not to see safety measures in place, and had it not been the need for an immediate repair of my tire, I would not have had my vehicle serviced at your location.. More

The dealership is very clean, the waiting room was very plush. All of the advisors were very professional and seemed eager to help. My particular repair was covered by warranty, but they even vacuumed and plush. All of the advisors were very professional and seemed eager to help.
