As a new Piazza customer and new RDX owner I had high expectations for my first service appointment. The scheduling process was smooth, friendly and efficient. Always a pleasant experience here. Very professional and friendly. I have to apologize to tech who replaced my gas cap door locking mechanism for my 2019 RDX.
