I have been going to Kings Infinity for many years now and to me, the service is far beyond great. My service advisor "John Ruso" gives great advise on what is best and how to maintain my FX35. The machanic does a fantastic job also. "Andrey and Vinny" in the parts department are really knowledgeable of any questions about parts. "Kristal and Megan" are the first persons we all speak to so we can get the right person we need to speak to. They always have a smile on their faces and very great phone etiquette. There's only one thing that kicks me in the you know what, the exorbitant prices on parts, WHEW! I wish they can lower the prices so we all can keep coming back for more excellent service.
