The service department is outstanding! The quality of the work was excellent, but it was the customer care that really set Kings Infiniti over the top. Stephan Soto went above and beyond to fix a very trick work was excellent, but it was the customer care that really set Kings Infiniti over the top. Stephan Soto went above and beyond to fix a very tricky problem with my G37x, even to the point of inconveniencing himself. I have never received such extraordinary service. Also, Megan the receptionist went out of her way to make me feel listened to and cared about. Because my problem took awhile to fix, i expected kings Infiniti to avoid my calls. Instead, they always received me warmly and made every effort to accommodate me! Highest marks all around!!! More
