Compared to other dealers where we looked where the level of dishonesty was astounding, Suntrup seemed quite honest. There were some confusions and differing sets of information regarding warranty, also something that might be wrong with the vehicle that I purchased, mileage for warranty, check up dates - between the sales department and the service department. As well, we were not informed until the signing that the vehicle’s title was to be a delayed title. We are hoping it arrives within 30 days to pay the state tax. Shopping for a car is not experience we enjoy, but after deciding on a particular make and model, Suntrup was very good for us. They were much more straightforward than many other dealers. As well, I have taken a previous car to the service department there and found them to be quite helpful and caring, informative. Our sales people were Meghan, and Adam. More

Jill used deceptive business practices throughout the financial process. I went back to resolve 2 business days later and was escorted out of the main building to a building that was about to be torn dow financial process. I went back to resolve 2 business days later and was escorted out of the main building to a building that was about to be torn down - look like a used car barn. I was made to wait too long. I was met with aggression, disrespect, lies about my ability to cancel additional service cost/plans, Sales person reprimanded me, sales ‘managers’ refused to provide their names. Sales manager refused to give me Mr. Suntrups, owner’s contact information. I was not allowed to have photocopies of paperwork that had my signature. I was also not given photocopy of “service plan” financial paper that never had the $3,200 written on it (which was the issue of contention). Overall I left with a bile in my mouth and utter shock to the level of unprofessional, disrespectful, uncivil, discourteous treatment I received. More
