Pre sale conversation over emails with Meghan was very good and pricing was very transparent and we feel we got a good price. But, our experience during the purchase at the dealership was below average. A good and pricing was very transparent and we feel we got a good price. But, our experience during the purchase at the dealership was below average. A simple smile and greeting to welcome were missing. We certainly don't look for pushy sales tactics. But we felt like unwelcome people with the poor level of service we received during the visit. When the vehicle was ready for delivery, the sales person didn't even offer to show us the basic features of the car! He was like, "ok... here are the keys... what else you want" kind of look. Similarly, no follow up call to let us know when the plates, registration card and title was ready. We got a car that has a luxury brand but the overall experience was anything but luxury. More

Bill (product specialist) Ian (sales manager) and Jose (finance manager). All three made this purchase of my 2024 Acura MDX a pleasure. It was so simple and they treated me great. The process was quick and easy and they gave me a great price on my new vehicle. They all took the time to make sure I was happy with my purchase.
