Jonathan, thank you for responding, but your message does not address the serious issues I detailed in my review. The problems we experienced involved credit score damage, incorrect loan documents, mishandled personal information, and a registration error that led to my daughter being pulled over by police. These are not minor inconveniences. They are significant failures that should never happen at any dealership, especially a luxury brand. I want to be clear that I tried to resolve these issues when they occurred. I even reached out to you directly via email, and I also contacted the BBB and the consumer protection agency. None of these attempts received any response. After a full year of silence, your sudden willingness to “discuss my visit” only after my public review feels disingenuous. If you are genuinely committed to addressing what happened, I expect more than a template reply. I need a clear, concrete plan from leadership to review the errors, correct any remaining issues, and ensure future customers don’t experience similar harm. I am willing to discuss this further. Meaningful accountability, and an explanation for the complete lack of response when it actually mattered, is what I am looking for.
