I am writing this about Mel Cornelius (sales). Hands down best sales person I've ever encountered or dealt with on any consumer level. I have several companies so I've been around many. Mel is nice, funny, passionate about helping others and is a very good listener who pays attention to what the customer wants. She is extremely knowledgeable about Toyotas. I would hire Mel in a heartbeat she is that good at what she does. Very rare to find great people who are in sales. Mel is all wrapped into one. A true joy to work with on a vehicle. She deserves to be in a manager roll no questions asked. If anyone needs a good experience at a dealership make sure to ask for her. Regards More

In my opinion, this is the best dealership in Austin! Melinda Cornelius, our Sales Advisor, listened to what we were looking for in a RAV4, and showed us 2 different ones. One of them was new, so she had to go to the other lot to get it. My daughter wasn't crazy about it, so Melinda then showed us a pre-owned Venza. That model wasn't even on our radar. This car had all the features my daughter wanted, and Melinda went to bat for us to reduce the price, and matched a non-Toyota dealership's great offer for our trade-in. Melinda was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about all the models and trims, and went above and beyond most salespeople to find what my daughter was looking for. She made the search and buying process a pleasure vs. a debate. I would definitely buy another car from her. This is the third car I've bought and had serviced here, all with similar positive experiences. Konstantin Allen was also very helpful on the phone. He identified a 2023 RAV4 XLE Hybrid they had on the lot that only had 24 miles on it, and set up our test drive of it for 1 hour later! That's part of what motivated us to go to Toyota Cedar Park instead of Toyota Round Rock which was only a mile away from the Honda dealership where we had just test driven a CRV Hybrid. More

Everyone was super nice, patient, and professional. Every effort was made to make me feel comfortable with the car buying experience. I do feel like they could’ve offered a little more on my trade-in, but truthfully it was in bad shape, and I did get them to come down on the car price. It was a little difficult to get a hold of the finance person so I could ask a quick question a few days later, but I know this is a very busy time of year. Someone else got on the phone, and I’m not sure he was with the finance department? Overall though, I would recommend this dealership. I felt I was taken care of. More

Everyone was really nice and willing to make me feel at home. I do feel I was lowballed on my trade in, but it is what it is. Mel C. Sold me the suv, and couldn’t be more helpful.
