This was the third Honda I've purchased from Ide Honda in four years. I've used a few other dealers over the years, but Ide has a really nice, no-pressure approach and are easy to work with. Melinda Pagliuso was very helpful and responsive. She did a great job lining up the models I wanted to test drive and was an excellent advocate for me during the actual negotiations. My only nit is that the dealership ended their complimentary oil change service. I really appreciate that perk for the 2014 & 2015 Hondas I purchased. More

Fast, Professional, Excellent Experience! I was in the market for a new Championship White Civic Type R for quite awhile and everyone at Ide came through! They received one through a dealer tr I was in the market for a new Championship White Civic Type R for quite awhile and everyone at Ide came through! They received one through a dealer trade which doesn't happen often. A friend of mine, Myke Miller, works in the Parts Department and he let me know they received the car and was luckily still for sale which is rare they aren't sold already. He gave me Melinda's phone number and she quickly put a hold on the car for me so I could come talk to her before anyone else. Under 2 hours later I was there, and with the help from Melinda and others, we were able to work out my trade in, rough finances I could do, and put the deposit down on the car! The next day Ken called around getting the best financing for me and kept in touch with me throughout the day until he found the best option. I can't thank Melinda enough for everything she did to make it happen as quick and smooth as possible! Everyone I talked to and worked with at Ide were very professional, and happy to help make everything work! More
