She's patient, knowledgeable, and asks the right questions to hone in on what we really were looking for. Even though we didn't get a vehicle through her at that time she kept in touch. When we were looking for a leased vehicle this time we made sure we asked for her by name. We ended up going with the Mazda CX9 this time - we even looked at a different Mazda dealership due to convenience... there was no comparison. I truly appreciate how welcoming she is and how much care she puts into all of her client contacts. I'll absolutely recommend friends, family, and clients go see her since I know they'll be looking for someone who truly cares. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. They lied and are guilty of bait and switch car sales! The car they advertised that I emailed my interest in, the next day I told them I would be there in 2 ho and are guilty of bait and switch car sales!
