He promised to take care of some things with the vehicle before I picked the car up and they did not disappoint me. Marissa took care of the closing which was painless. I brought the car back for a minor problem that came up the first week and they took care of it quickly and at no charge. My experience with Melissa and the service department was extremely positive. I was only there for a short time, but they have a great waiting area and were very accommodating. I would recommend Otto’s to anyone looking to get a BMW. More

Our current and past experience with purchase and service has always been "Excellent" and the facility and details are extremely impressive. Heath Cameron was very professional and thorough in demonstrating the features of our new BMW 328I Xdrive. Heath, Wilmer and the Otto's team went out of their way and worked to insure our purchase and vehicle was perfect at time of delivery. We even received a followup call from Heath to ask how the car performed on our 600 mile return trip home. We will definitely use Otto's for future purchases. Can't say enough about Otto's and Staff.
