Hi! My name is Melissa. I am from Northern NJ. I started sales in the fall of 2017. I enjoy the countryside of Orange County NY. My family loves to apple pick in the various orchards in Orange County. I love to hike and visit historical places in the area. You'd be amazed of all the history that Orange County has to offer! I'm a dog lover! I have two labs, Bailey and Guinness. They join us on our hikes. Guinness loves to find any puddle and lay in it... I also love to cook when I have time. My five year old niece loves to cook with me. I am kid friendly! Lol I used to be a nanny for 14 years. Watching kids grow and become their own person was very rewarding to me. I always have toys in my desk to help entertain them so it makes your car buying experience less of a hassle.

Salesman was late for our appointment, I had to wait because they were out getting coffee at dunkin. Test drive was less than 1 mile, not sure how i'm supposed to make a decision driving a vehicle less because they were out getting coffee at dunkin. Come back from the shortest test drive ever, I look under the vehicle for rust and what not, salesman went back inside and i go over to his desk when i'm done inspecting the vehicle and he's eating his breakfast! Seems like I did not matter to them as a customer. Very unprofessional. I Will never go back. More

This was my first service at Lexus of Orange County. From start to finish it was a very positive experience. These are scary times and going any where that is not absolutely necessary gives me a reason to pa start to finish it was a very positive experience.
