Hi! My name is Melissa. I am from Northern NJ. I started sales in the fall of 2017. I enjoy the countryside of Orange County NY. My family loves to apple pick in the various orchards in Orange County. I love to hike and visit historical places in the area. You'd be amazed of all the history that Orange County has to offer! I'm a dog lover! I have two labs, Bailey and Guinness. They join us on our hikes. Guinness loves to find any puddle and lay in it... I also love to cook when I have time. My five year old niece loves to cook with me. I am kid friendly! Lol I used to be a nanny for 14 years. Watching kids grow and become their own person was very rewarding to me. I always have toys in my desk to help entertain them so it makes your car buying experience less of a hassle.

Connected initially from the internet. Good customer service. Did two video chats with Melissa (two different cars) over the past month. Coordinated visiting the dealership - I live 3 hours away. Melissa was attentive to our car needs. My husband and I had a lengthy discussion with the GM regarding my trade value. Their website has a link to complete a form of what’s your trade value. This was very deceptive. Was not offered anything closed to what their website offered. Extremely disappointed Even though the GM took the time to share specific data on trade values, I felt I was lured by their deceitful website value. Seller beware. The waiting room offered a nice coffee machine with TV. A little disappointed for a Lexus dealership that you had to purchase snacks from a vending machine. Other dealerships we visited offered drinks and snacks. We were at the dealership for 5 hours - with a 2 hour delay obtaining the insurance ID cards and binder. Melissa reviewed the car interior features with us prior to our departure. One recommendation would be to have a place inside the building to have the cars “delivered” to clients first for lighting and second for climate control. Also recommend if trading your car to be prepared for a low offer. Overall it was a fairly good experience. More
