I had to take my 2023 Subaru Ascent in for a recall. The dealership was super friendly even though I really hadn't been there before. They replaced all four tires. Very friendly service people. Your service department has responded wonderfully every time that I have had my vehicle in for service. The repairs needed were explained in detail and I was given the option of having the work done then o time that I have had my vehicle in for service. The repairs needed were explained in detail and I was given the option of having the work done then or at a later date. On my last visit Melissa was very professional and it was a pleasure dealing with her. I will be returning for any future maintenance needs. I appreciate the detailed inspection report that is provided and recommendations for items that need to be addressed. More

They were very gracious in working me in to the schedule on short notice. When it was discovered that I needed new tires they were able to install on the same day. Melissa was exceptional. She brought my on short notice. When it was discovered that I needed new tires they were able to install on the same day. Melissa was exceptional. She brought my car around and on her inspection noted that it had not been washed...so she drove it around and through the carwash herself. More
