One month ago, the built-in google map did not work suddenly. I visited there to fix it, but a service advisor check it directly without forwarding to the technician, and he concluded it was related with On-star. After checking with On-star, On-star said there was no problem with On-star and asked me to go back to Honda dealer to fix it. I visited Gardena Honda again 10 days ago, they said it would take at least 2-3 days for only checking or diagnosing it, and then could tell me what was the problem. I asked the free loaner car during those days, but they said they had not have their loaner cars anymore which I had used it several times before. I was disappointed of the change of their service. Thus, I do not strongly recommend this dealer for buying cars or getting service.

I was supposed to get a free tank of gas for completing a
survey. I did and wast told that I had to do it within three weeks. I asked was there a specific time we had to come because we live in Palmdale, she

My husband and I drove down last weekend because our nephew had a bday party. They closed after 5 and we got there not too long around 4:30. The guy told us that it was after 4 and the people who handled that were gone at 3pm today and he couldn’t help us. Luckily I spoke to my girl Melz (Mellie), she is such a gem… Her customer service skills has always been on point!!! See, Honda is going to findddddd a way to pull me back in to lovin ya’ll, just so happened this time around, it’s cause of Melz… She fixed my issue, I’m smiling ear to ear, and if you’ve seen the gas prices these days, you will understand why… any little bit helps. Thank you again, for responding and actually being when I called! Good customer service goes a long ways with me so you just earned 5 stars
