I was there for a lm oil change and multipoint inspection. After my car was serviced the advisor did not go over any paperwork and told me to go sign with the girls at the desk. I did not receive the multi point inspection checklist and since then i have been calling to get a copy of it and nobody has been able to assist me or give me a call back. This is frustrating. All i need is my complete paperwork and it seems to be the hardest thing to get. More
