AC warranty repair. The technician didn't reinstall the low and high pressure caps and left them on the windshield. Drove around like that for 3 days. Only noticed because I happened to hand wash my car. Christian the service adviser didn't double check the work and returned the car to me in that condition. I left a message with a lady who answered in the service dept. Christian was away from his desk. She left a message with explanation of the situation and asked for return call. No one called me back. I understand Gardena Honda service is high volume. But why is it standard practice to ghost customers who are reporting an incomplete reassembly of their vehicle? 👎👎👎 More
