If you have Honda Care, coverage is determined by the specific terms of the plan, including what components and services are eligible at the time of repair. Sometimes, certain maintenance items, diagnostic fees, or non-covered components can be mistaken as included, which may have led to the confusion. That said, everything should always be clearly explained before any work is performed. We want to be very clear: we do not attempt to charge customers for services that are covered under their agreement.
