Although they were great at reliving the car on Christmas Eve, no one has gotten back to us as to why the floor mats were missing. We have called at least 10 times, left messages, emails and stopped by to re Eve, no one has gotten back to us as to why the floor mats were missing. Very disappointing especially when they boast about amazing customer service on their “on hold” message. More

Terrible service communication terrible you tell them you have Honda care they still try to charge you for stuff it’s covered. I do my research to make sure service is covered they try to make you pay I wond have Honda care they still try to charge you for stuff it’s covered.
